The problem:

The compression settings you specified (or the preset you chose) has a
maximum size attribute -- you've essentially told Cleaner, "Whatever you do,
make sure the movie isn't any bigger than X."

However, the movie's length or the audio compression settings you've chosen
prohibit Cleaner from keeping the movie to within that size.

Solution:

* Change the maximum size requirement that you specified to a higher value

- or -

* Apply audio compression to the movie's audio track. Try MP3 (better sound,
bigger file) or Qdesign Music (poorer sound, smaller file).

* Or both.

Hope that's clear! And regarding your other question:

For a .Mac homepage, you want Fast Start, not Hinted Stream.
