[MacDV] FCP3 Install on system w/o OS9?

I had a similar problem.  I did have to load FCP 3 on 9 for it to 
work on 10.2.  But I was upgrading from FCP2. I don't know if there 
is a work around, but that worked for me, although it was a pain.
