[MacDV] Burning two DVDs...double-sided DVDs?

What we can hope for is a DVD Studio Pro Express where Apple takes the power of DVD
Studio Pro and the ease of use and templates of iDVD and finds middle ground.  Debug it
and give it geat reliability and I believe many people would be glad to pay several
hundred for it.  Windows users regularly pay $300 for a program that is considered one of
the best on the other platform- until you get up to the high end.
