[MacDV] Final Cut Express Manual and Book

You definitely explored all folders on the CD? I don't think the manual 
is installed when  you install the program. I believe it was in a 
separate folder that I dragged over later. A lot of program CDs have 
extra goodies on the CD, so I've gotten in the habit of always 
exploring everything on the CD after installing the program.
