I have a Dazzle (that I've never been all that thrilled with) and its 
images are darker and fuzzier than when played on the camera.  I've 
tinkered a bit with FCP's color correction to see if I could get back 
some brightness, but still have too much to learn about FCP to know 
what I'm doing yet.  Any conversion is going to alter the original 
image for the worse.
