FCP "general error"

This is one of those times when trashing the pref files and then restarting
and reconnecting might be it.

These are the files to be trashed (if you haven't done it before)
Go to: Home/Library/Prefs/FCPUserData
Trash: FCP3.0Prefs and FCPMoahCache
