Richard,

Do let us know your timetable and maybe a list of features.

To get the ball rolling, I'll mention one I'd like to see: foreign language
and specialised spelling dictionaries....

Though obviously the simpler (cheaper) way to go here would be to make it
possible to import (or just link to, if that's possible) spelling
dictionaries from a word processor (e.g., Word, Appleworks, etc.). Most
people already have a word processor or two.
We've used Scriptware and Final Draft in a bilingual work environment, but
they only had US English spelling dictionaries.
I believe Movie Magic will SELL you non-US English dictionaries, but that
seems a bit hard. 

Anyway, just a thought.
