Does Apple have a good list of what is updated anywhere, what I was able to find on their website wasn't very informative.  The main thing I'm interested in is better titling capabilities.  The better real-time editing and especially the G5 optimization are definite pluses for me, but not really a selling point.

My other question would be, have they improved support for Camcorders?  I'd really like to be able to import video from my Sony TRV25.
