I had a recent issue similar to yours, none of the usual cures , 
including Disk Warrior helped. And DW has been helping me for years. 
What finally saved my was Data Rescue

they even had a demo mode that allowed me to recover files one at a 
time. As soon as I saw that I could rescue the files, I forked over 
the $
