[MacDV] Apple SuperDrive

[Richard Dalziel Sharpe]

I have used iDVD 3 with  103, 104 and a 106 the only difference is the 
burn speed.
I used the 103 and 104 on an 867g QuickSilver and have the 106 in my G5
