That seems overly optimistic to me. If the spindle wobbles, I think its 
unlikely that it will be uniform. Any wobble is going to be bad, but 
having the wobble during burning can only make the problem worse. At 
least, if the disk is burned correctly, the system has a chance of 
re-finding its position on the disk when it gets lost.
