Luckily I have no client contact on these jobs at all.
It wouldn't play on the TRV9, The TRV900 or apparently the JVC dual 
deck they use to make a reference s-vhs that I also get in the package.
All I could do was reccomend that they throw that tape away. Sad.
I'm sure money was refunded.
