"The application Cleaner has unexpectedly quit"

I keep getting this message when trying to compress a larger movie file 
(output size approx. 100 MB) in high CD quality with Cleaner (& 
Sorenson 3 Pro codec). Does anyone happen to know what could be the 
most likely cause of this?
