Toast = iMovie + iDVD?

Steve, in case you don't get another reply I'll tell you what the 
Toast manual says or doesn't say about your questions.

Yes, according to the manual toast will manage anything that 
Quicktime  could play.

You can trim clips and change order of clips without losing  parts of

No I don't think so, No mention of such editing in Manual.  I don't 
use iMovie but Toast is not a video editing programme.  It manages 
and organizes material to burn onto a CD, SCD or DVD.  According to 
the manual it would appear to work seamlessly with iMovie and iPhoto.

If you haven't already done so, don't buy a Que Fire CD Burner.
For what it's worth, I am happy with a LaCie burner but I guess you 
will get other advice if you ask.
