Let me say that Americans admire the fiercely independent Aussies too.
Considering the amount of bandwidth and excess breath committed to this 
nervous breakdown of an election the list has been really good. I 
believe the OT started with some sigs.
Some of us find the opinion sigs to be unnecessary and respond to the 
list, maybe to discourage annoying sigs. I know that I have created 
problems with this.
  So please bear with us.
I for one am restraining myself. LOL
