[MacDV] burning from iDVD to new internal LaCie 16x DL drive

I bought the external D2 drive, same specs same problem but Toast burns 
to it fine.  So if you were to install the Hurz/Pfurz hack you could 
export an image and then use Toast to burn it, this is what I am 
attempting as I am writing this reply.  I will let you know how it 
worked.

P.S. My enclosure contains a Nec drive not a Pioneer so that might be 
why iDVD won't recognize it.
