Answers to a few questions would be helpful:
What grade level(s) will you  be working with?
What kind of a budget are/will you be working with?
Are you trying to teach single-camera production, or multiple camera 
(perhaps live-switched) production?
How much space do you have to work with that's "clear"... as in, no 
chairs, tables in the way, etc.
Having taught ROP Radio-TV, I can also make some curricular suggestions.
