The problem with this method is that is has to be a real "failure to
deliver" message at the SMTP level so that the listmanager software
accepts it as a legit "this address is bouncing" message. If Matt isn't
able to configure his primary receiving machine to generate the bounce
then this approach won't be any more effective than the other things he
has tried. It is too bad that the list-owner is so AWOL with the oversight
of this list's operations.
