[MacDV] MS DV/AVI

Suggestions:

1. Break the movie into chunks.  The easiest way to do this would be to 
open the iMovie reference movie with QuickTime Player (Pro) and chop it 
up into managable bits.

2. Just export the thing to tape and let them re-import it from there.
