[MacDV] Cinematic Mode?

There are only 2 Pro-sumer camcorders that provide true 24fps.

Panasonic DVX-100 or 100A or 102A
Canon XL2

Sony's camcorders (at least models under 10,000$) did not provide true 
24fps as of 6 weeks ago.
