[MacDV] DVD Player no longer plays VIDEO_TS folders

It works just like before, the only difference is that the File 
command says "Open DVD media" instead of "Open VIDEO_TS folder". So 
to play your projects just use the "Open DVD media" command and 
select any VIDEO_TS folder just like in version 4.5.
