I would like to record my appreciation of Gordon Alley's response to  
my queries.

Why I didn't think of resourcing Version Tracker,  I don't know??!!.

I now have all the previous Apps. up and running and your hint about  
the printer was right in the hole Gordon.

With grateful thanks .( This posting just proved to me once again how  
valuable belonging to this list is)
