Hi Dave, I don't know any good ways to "capture" RealVideo, but there's a fairly new app that does a good job of recording whatever's on your screen - including any type of video. It's called ScreenFlow. This screen recording software records your entire desktop. You just start ScreenFlow recording, start your RealVideo playing, then stop ScreenFlow after your video ends. Then you can go back and zoom in on the ScreenFlow video until only your RealVideo is showing (hint - position your RealPlayer in the middle of your desktop for easy zooming) and export the ScreenFlow video as Quicktime.
