right! Now iMovie HD works after downloading
and installing it from the Apple website.<br /><br />When I originally
got my new MacBook Pro and transferred my files
over from the PowerBook, the app was greyed out and when I tried to
open it I got the message: "Not supported on this
architecture."<br /><br />I wonder if it has anything to do with
the fact that the installer
put the app in a folder titled: "iMovie (previous version)",
whereas after the file migration both apps were residing
side-by-side in the Applications folder.<br /><br />Thanks for the heads

HD 6 on a MacBook
(late 2006), and they run on those machines (both use Intel Core 2
Duo processors). iMovie HD 5 runs using Rosetta, since it's a
PowerPC app (I use Final Cut Express now, so I don't use iMovie HD
much anymore - guess thats why I don't have the latest HD version
