[MacGPS] EARTHMATE GPS DE LORME

Hi,
  I picked up an Earthmate GPS and bought Route 66 "ROute USA and Canada 
software and was under the impression that it would work with most GPS 
drivers. This Gps unit is USB driven. It shows up in my Apple System 
Profiler but it is not being recognized within the software. It works 
on the PC with the De Lorme software, but I'd really like to run it on 
the Mac! ??? Do you have any suggestions on where or what drivers might 
be available to make this work???

The company Adventure GPS that I bought the Route 66 software suggested 
that I buy a Pharos GPS unit but I want to see what I can do with this 
one first!
