What's up with Steinberg?

I ordered the Cubase SL upgrade last Thursday and was expecting 
delivery today. I thought their shopping cart was pretty lame and I 
didn't even get a UPS tracking #. And then I go to the site today and 
they say they "are currently experiencing Technical difficulties with 
our Server. All online orders as of March 21st, may experinece delays." 
ArrrGH!!!
Has anyone had a positive experience ordering from Steinberg?
