• Peak 3.21 handles opening AIFC and files without types and creators 
more gracefully
• Peak 3.21 fixes a problem where registration information could be 
asked for again after a change in network configuration.
• Peak 3.21 fixes a problem where text in the envelope editor windows 
was unreadable.
• Peak 3.21 fixes a problem where opening and closing SoundSoap more 
than once that could cause a crash.
