Numeric keypad in PT

I just purchased an USB numeric keypad to use with Pro Tools 6 on my 
TiBook. I purchased this keypad to recall memory locations, but it 
works for everything except that. I can use the keypad in all Pro Tools 
fields, including the "New Memory location" window to input numbers but 
the recall location function doesn't work. It works on the PowerBook 
keyboard, but I was looking to use the external keypad as a remote for 
playing cues. Any ideas?
