[MPA] really about MacProAudio Digest #689 and others

I started getting multiple messages from the other lists I was  
subscribed
to (the itunes and ibook lists).  I got something like 50 digests from  
the
itunes list over the weekend.  I emailed about the problem but got no
response, so I unsubscribed from both lists.

seems it was only the digest subscriptions that were doing this.
