Edirol Roland UA-5 recommendations

I need a small, for travel and laptop production, digitizing audio interface
that also supplies phantom power. I still work in OS 9 so most, if not all,
of the firewire interfaces are out. I have a UA-30 but it doesn't supply
phantom power to the mics we use for voiceovers.  Any advise or alternate
choices are welcome and greatly appreciated.
