[MV] PowerBook G3 and ViaVoice OSX problems

I am reluctant to suggest this, but a complete reinstall of OS X followed by
a fresh install of VV might be in order.

I had a similar thing happen when I moved the VVIEController file into a new
folder I had created called "disabled plugins" INSIDE the "third party
plugins" folder. When I moved the "disabled plugins" folder OUTSIDE the
"third party plugins" folder, all was fine.
