[MV] Ordering Oz Issues Update

I got this sorted out, and got my crossgrade ordered from the  
Australian distributor via dint of phoning them and being walked  
through the weirdly complicated process. According to their phone  
person, they're expecting orders to start shipping in a month or so  
but that's unofficial of course.
