Just a thought...
I'm a lil' foggyheaded this AM, but believe I saw another post, in which
you'd had other keys not functioning correctly. Could it be that either;
the KB itself isn't tabbed up correctly sliding into it's slots fully 
and
is therefore is slightly bowed out(very slightly) and causing the 
problem?,
or/and maybe any needed screws not screwed in completely?

Not sure which PB you've got, but I'd had this same type trouble with my
3400 and also a 3500 too. Sorry, I've got zilch on key re-mapping info.

On the side, I 1st. sent this off-list, but it seems to've bounced with:
