I sent my PB in on Monday and it was received, repaired and shipped out by Apple Tuesday night. The problem is that it has not show up yet and Airborne has no record of the tracking number supplied by Apple. I have contacted Apple and they said they are going to escalate my ticket (what ever that means) and let me know something. He said he would call me back as soon as he gets some information. I have not heard anything from him. How long do you think it is going to take for them to find it? How long do I give them to find it? What do I demand if they do not find it?
