Just wondering:

Is it possible to output NTSC to a PAL TV from a DVD using an ADB cable,
or is a 4-PIN or 7-PIN S-VIDEO better? Also, do I need to be in OSX or OS9?
FWIW, IMNSHO, all these acronym-laced discussions are GF (great fun).
