if you work with very large media files, such as audio, graphics, huge 
databases, it makes a difference...  Especially any realtime video or 
audio...


Everyone has there reasons to defrag - i need to for Pro Audio reasons, 
but there is always somebody out there to try to convince you that you 
don;t really want to do what you just asked how to do.
