My Kyocera Palm phone has one, as well as the last Motorola I had 
(don't recall model)... There was an article, I believe on CNN's 
website about cell phone risks about a year ago.  According to that 
article the safest phones were those that flip open with the ear 
piece being in the flip piece, which points the antenna away from 
your head.  Though between the health risks and the laws coming down 
the pike (a friend at Verizon said they are planning on cell phone 
use in autos being banned in all states within a few years), we will 
all be wearing wireless earpieces soon anyway.
