[Ti] Talk feature is not there?

It seems that way, because it is that way. They haven't ported the 
talk feature to the OSX version. Take a look at Netscape 7, remind 
yourself that it's AOL, and realize AIM could get a lot worse before 
it gets better. The talk thing works in AIM on Windows, in VirtualPC.
