on the subject of localisation, does anyone know why the roll out of 
the internationalised features in Mac OS X has been so slow?

Normally Apple has been really quick at supporting many languages.

As someone who travels a lot with my Ti and likes to be able to use it 
in Turkish in Turkey, I was surprised to see the first official mention 
of any localisation for Turkish as late as 10.2.5!
