Internal hard-disk advice

Hi

I need a new (60 Giga) internal hard-disk for my  Powerbook G 4 1st
Generation (500MHz). The old one got too loud (circular saw) and too small.

Choice 1:
Fujitsu MHS2060AT or newer MHT2060AT
2MB Cache, 4.200 rotation speed, 2.3W or 2.1W power consumption.

Choice 2:
Toshiba MK6022GAX 
16MB Cache, 5.400 rotation speed, 5W power consumption

Toshiba should be faster, but higher power consumption (towards mobility)
and loudness (rattles) turns my vote to Fujitsu.

I would be happy to get some advices. Thanks a lot.
