Mail not updating icon for new messages

Hello again everyone,

When Mail downloads new mail, it updates the icon in the Dock with the 
number of new messages (a feature I really like). So how come it 
doesn't show the 7 new messages which have been moved to my TiBook list 
folder?

If there are x new messages sitting in my Inbox, it shows them on the 
icon, but not for messages it has moved according to a rule. Any ideas?
