[Ti] PB's in AP's and XRAY machines some ROT's.. [Ti] xray machine safe for Powerbook?

There can  be 2 problems from X-ray machines.

First, some of them run the conveyor belt backward when there is a power
failure or when they are switched off, that nothing is in the X-ray
"chamber", and this can dump out your computer if it is at the end of the
belt. Some machines have little baskets to catch stuff that falls, some
don't. A flight attendant friend had his notebook ravaged this way, as it
hit the floor and destroyed the screen.

Second, and very rare, if the X-ray machine has improperly installed or
damaged shielding the magnetic fields from the internal components might
cause some problems with magnetic media. But this is very rare.
