[Ti] Low Battery Warning

Dave - normally, I am plugged in all the time, but I have been 
travelling this week, and can confirm that my Ti-500 (Rev A) with 
10.2.5 gives no low battery warning, just suddenly shuts down.

This seems a major system defect.  I assume that there will be a 
patch soon for this.
