Ok, I tried the PMU fix and it now shows "999999997."

However, I have been doing the same tasks that I have been doing since the
10.3.2 upgrade and I really don't notice any speed increase even with
Terminal reporting it as such. I wonder if this is a false reporting issue
rather than an actual slowdown.

When I have nothing better to do, I will take a timer and time various
Photoshop tasks with Terminal showing 667 and again at 999 and see if there
is any difference. My guess is that there isn't one.
