Was the plug supposed to be in there? Well, actually, I am not sure. It happened to me 3 times. Once on an iBook. I was like OMG. I thought it was the battery but all 4 lights would be on. So I think it was a sleep thing. So each time I fixed it by taking out all the power sources, then doing what I said. I think I actually hit it gently on the ass few times to warn it that I was pissed. But they always finally came back up after holding the button with no battery.. HTH.
