I purchased 2 Sony 21" E540 monitors for $599 and these monitors are 
exceptionally clear.  Flat Glass is huge improvement over old 19"s.  I 
recommend this display.  Look on Pricewatch.com for stores with it.  I 
think i got mine from eComputing or something like that.  Hope that 
helps.
