  Likely?  Why?

Have they issued some statement regarding a desire to sell fewer 
Operating Systems or Applications, and suites, that run under 
Windows? Or perhaps they had a change of heart regarding more people 
being forced to go through MS servers? Or do they have some new 
policy towards expanding the reach of MSN.NET?
