[Ti] cannot set file permissions

According to Eduard Hoenkamp:

That's because, as it says right there in Disk Utility, Repair Disk 
Permissions only works on OSX boot disks, so, unless you have a 
version of OSX on the other partitions, the files on those partitions 
cannot have their permissions changed.
