[Ti] "Leaking" battery charge?

This is by design; the original 400/500 didn't do this (unless you buy 
a new battery), but all other Tis will not charge the battery until it 
goes below 95% to avoid short charge-discharge cycles and to lengthen 
the battery's lifetime.
