[Ti] signs of a bad logic board

my primary problem has been the power cord not charging although i am
using a new power adapter and it is working. I have had problems in
the past with freezes but that has been ok lately. my only current
issue is when i get bumped off my internet connection (using the modem)
sometimes it will get stuck in the "disconnecting" loop and the only
way out is to restart. i've seen this problem on a few boards and no
solutions. could this be related to the logic board? thanks, Eric
